| |To qualify for public housing you must be 18 years of age or older
If you are 55 or older, you may qualify for senior housing
Meet HUD requirements on citizenship or eligible immigration status
Are low-income with an annual gross income that does not exceed 80% of area median income (AMI) or the income limits established by HUD by family size

All applicants will have criminal background, credit, and residential history screened. Results of the reports will determine the approval or denial of the application.

I have a rental house and a step daughter with 3 minors that will qualify for section 8 when she is released from prison. Can I rent my rental to her under section 8 ?
