It could be easy it could be hard. The single biggest problem you can have a with a section 8 tenant is cleanliness. Of course this can be said about a market renter too. You can make pretty good money with the steady income from a section 8 renter, however if they live like a slob and trash your place, you will basically have to do a complete rehab prior to your annual inspection and kiss a lot or all of your yearly profit goodbye.
