Section 8 is accepting applications for the waiting list in the city of Columbus, Indiana. You can pick up an application at the Housing Authority at 700 McClure Rd. 8am – 5pm M-F. You can get a faxed application by calling 378-0005. Deadline is 5pm December 27 2010.
The deadline to apply to be on the waiting lists for public housing and Section 8 housing is looming. According to the Housing Authority of the City of Columbus, the waiting lists will be closed to further applicants at 5PM on Monday, December 27. Average waiting list time is 10-12 months. And applications are on a first come first served basis.
